Bhakti graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 2011. She spent 3 years working in various hospitals in Gauteng, treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions. Thereafter, she joined various outpatient practices, treating neuromuscular and skeletal injuries in sedentary and sporting individuals.

She completed her coursework Masters in Physiotherapy in 2017. Her research report was entitled “Shoulder injury in cricketers: The role of shoulder rotation range of movement, throwing arc range of movement and pectoralis minor muscle length”.

In 2019, Bhakti Lala took over ownership of the practice. The physiotherapists previously treating in the practice were Tarryn Rusteberg and Fatima Pahad.

Bhakti’s work experience has been complemented by extensive continuing professional development. Ongoing professional development training is prioritized in an effort to always maintain an exemplary standard of clinical practice.

The practice is conveniently located in the vibrant Sunninghill Village Shopping Centre, central to Sunninghill, Waterfall, and Woodmead, and very accessible from Kyalami, Buccleuch, Rivonia, and Paulshof.

We bill Medical Aid Rates and will submit to Medical Aids upon request.
